Responsibilities

• Document and map the end-to-end Revenue Cycle workflow from front-end operations through payment posting
• Define departmental ownership and responsibilities across all Revenue Cycle processes
• Identify and document key cross-functional handoffs and process dependencies
• Evaluate workflows to uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Develop detailed process documentation, procedures, and responsibility matrices
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Requirements

• 8+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Experience with EMR systems (EClinicalWorks preferred; other EMR platforms accepted)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle workflows, billing operations, and process improvement initiatives
