Revenue Cycle Consultant

About the role

The Senior Associate, Revenue Cycle leads process improvement and transformation initiatives within healthcare revenue cycle operations, leveraging market‑leading technology and analytics to drive operational and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best‑practice frameworks and methodologies across revenue cycle functions.
• Analyze complex operational issues and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions that enhance operational and financial outcomes.
• Utilize tools such as AI, data mapping, and stakeholder interviews to inform recommendations.
• Manage multiple workstreams across billing, financial clearance, referral management, and other healthcare functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of consulting experience in revenue cycle operations or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx).
• Experience with healthcare information systems such as Epic is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and client‑facing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across functional teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
