About the role

Senior Associate, Revenue Cycle within the Healthcare Provider Modernization practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives for healthcare revenue cycle operations, managing associates to resolve complex operational issues using advanced analytics and technology‑enabled solutions.
• Collaborate on client engagements to optimize processes, implement best practices, address quality gaps, and improve operational and financial outcomes across healthcare organizations.
• Design and redesign business processes for efficiency, incorporating analytics tools, and preparing training materials, gap analyses, SOPs, and reports for clients.
• Engage in regular communication with team members and clients, escalating issues and demonstrating problem‑solving through critical thinking and analysis.
• Assess, validate, and benchmark current performance against industry standards, utilizing AI tools, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping to evaluate revenue cycle functions such as billing, follow‑up, denials, and financial clearance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of consulting or industry experience in revenue cycle operations, systems integration, or related healthcare functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, IT, Finance, Engineering, Nursing, or related fields.
• Two years of analytics experience handling large data sets with tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or Alteryx.
• Proven experience in implementing operational improvements across revenue cycle components, with strong knowledge of key metrics and industry practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to travel as needed and work legally within the U.S.
