Revenue & Billing Operations Manager

About the role

Rokt is a hyper-growth ecommerce leader that powers billions of transactions for hundreds of millions of customers. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and commercial strategy, partnering with Go-to-Market, Revenue Product & Data, Legal, and Finance to automate and scale billing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own billing operations end-to-end across regions and products, delivering accurate, timely invoicing and responsive billing support that clearly communicates the value of Rokt to our customers
• Define and maintain billing policies, procedures, and quality controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Drive automation relentlessly: monitor billing metrics, identify root causes, and implement process and system changes that eliminate manual work
• Partner with system and data owners to ensure source-to-invoice integrity, approvals, and audit trails meet SOX and internal control requirements
• Support accounts receivable by providing billing evidence and context; collaborate with GTM and AR on complex issues, exceptions, and collections
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and internal Support Handbooks so billing processes are repeatable, auditable, and resilient
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies in everything you do

Requirements

• System-savvy with an automation-first mindset
• Strong experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or order-to-cash in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of billing processes, internal controls, and SOX requirements
• Proven ability to drive process and system improvements end-to-end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Genuine intellectual curiosity and a pragmatic, solutions-led approach to complex operational challenges
