About the role
We are seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing and reconciling commission payments against booked supplier contracts, resolving commission discrepancies, and following up on commission inquiries with suppliers and strategists. Additionally, the candidate will provide strategist support for our top-tier partners, maintain department service level agreements, and perform ad hoc analysis as required.
Key roles & responsibilities
- Audit/Reconcile commission payments against booked supplier contracts.
- Resolve commission discrepancies found during audit.
- Follow up on commission inquiries with suppliers.
- Research and resolve commission inquiries opened by Strategists.
- Provide Strategist support to our Equity Partners
- Individual commission reviews
- Special auditing requests
- Maintain department service level agreements (SLAs).
- Liaison for Suppliers’ Channel Managers as needed.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
Qualifications & Proficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, including auditing and reconciling commission payments
- Telecommunications background preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- RPM Telco and Salesforce skills are a HUGE bonus
- Comfortable with the cyclical nature of finance work
