Revenue Assurance Team - Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Generate invoicing for assigned billings and backup documentation on a weekly basis
  • Receive and audit vendor submitted manual invoices to ensure billing accuracy
  • Organize and maintain backup documentation required for customer remittance
  • Re-bill rejected invoices in a timely manner to prevent aging
  • Provide customers with invoice copies and backup details as needed
  • Provide invoice status on various reports
  • Prioritize work as needed to meet deadlines that would prevent non-payment
  • Work with other departments to gather information to bill
  • Submit tickets to IT to fix any billing errors
  • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
    • Proficient PC skills
    • Must have intermediate level skills in Excel, Word, Power Point
    • Experience with Power Bi
    • Experience using SAP
    • HS Diploma/G.E.D.
    • 1 -3 years of direct experience in Billing, Bookkeeping, AR Management

    Pay

    $26.44/hr - $28/hr hourly salary range. (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Typical office environment with low-level noise exposure. This position is located in the Irvine, CA office
