Accountabilities

  • Develop analytics strategies, create customer intelligence frameworks, and deliver insights that improve retention, expansion, and operational effectiveness across the business.
  • Own and continuously improve customer health scorecards by defining leading indicators across onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, and support activities.
  • Develop analytics frameworks that enable customer-facing teams to make faster, data-informed decisions.
  • Define and maintain customer experience metrics in partnership with cross-functional teams to establish consistent reporting standards.
  • Build churn prediction models and identify customer risk signals before renewal periods.
  • Surface expansion opportunities by analyzing customer behavior, product usage, and account health trends.
  • Translate customer feedback and Voice of Customer insights into actionable recommendations for product and customer experience teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI tools, automation, machine learning, and advanced analytics workflows.
  • Maintain ideal customer profile (ICP) frameworks using customer, revenue, and market data.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Sales, Product, and Finance teams as a strategic analytics advisor.
  • Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation analysis, and capacity planning support to guide strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized business metrics and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage and mentor an analytics team member, supporting growth, performance, and analytical skill development.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical expertise, business strategy skills, and customer-focused thinking, with experience translating complex data into meaningful recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, revenue analytics, or customer analytics, ideally within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • Proven experience building customer health models, churn frameworks, retention analytics, or post-sale analytics programs.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational metrics such as retention, forecasting accuracy, customer value, or customer experience outcomes.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation solutions within an analytics or business context.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and business intelligence tools including Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms.
  • Able to transform complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior executives.
  • Strategic, proactive mindset with a focus on measurable business impact.
  • Strong systems thinking skills and the ability to connect data across multiple processes and platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, or developing team members.
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, go-to-market analytics, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Experience functions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango is a plus.
  • Experience with cohort modeling, lifetime value analysis, capacity planning, healthcare technology, or AI-assisted analytics tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LLM APIs or AI analytics solutions is an advantage.
