Revenue Analyst - Contract (Hybrid)

About the role
We are seeking a contract Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic corporate finance team. In this role, you will distribute invoices to clients, provide quality assurance, and work with the team to resolve any issues. You will act as a proactive problem solver with a focus on execution, accountability, and ownership.
This is a temporary, contract position expected to last approximately 12 months, with the strong potential for extension. This is a hybrid role: you will work remotely from home 3 days a week and in the office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, prepare, and analyze data from multiple systems to process revenue entries, journal entries, and other financial transactions and invoices.
- Follow established procedures to minimize the organization’s and clients’ exposure or liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and requirements, SEC regulations, and client contracts.
- Recognize and troubleshoot issues with daily procedures.
- Be accountable for daily workflow and assigned tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of general ledger entries and calculations of month-end accrual, amortization, and revenue deferrals.
- Research issues with internal partners and respond to customer, client, and/or internal requests via telephone or email.
- Obtain relevant business knowledge and learn about the various products across the organization.
- Learn, understand, and ensure compliance with all applicable Broadridge policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related field.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Access (not required but a plus).
Pay
The pay rate for this position is $26.00 - $27.00 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary, including relevant experience, skills, and education.
