Job Summary
The Revenue Contract Analyst is responsible for maintaining OnTrac's contract database, validating contract information for accuracy and compliance, and analyzing contract and pricing data to support business decision-making.
Location
Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
Compensation
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $67,200 - $84,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $67,200 - $100,800. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years of experience in a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience reviewing, validating, or maintaining contract, pricing, revenue, or related business data
- Experience with AI-assisted document processing tools such as Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Validate contract accuracy: Review executed contracts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards, identifying missing information, inconsistencies, or potential compliance concerns.
- Maintain contract records: Extract and document key terms, pricing structures, renewal provisions, amendments, extensions, terminations, and service commitments throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Administer contract data: Maintain and update the contract database and reporting systems, ensuring data is entered consistently and supported by organized electronic files.
- Support data quality and governance: Perform routine audits, quality control reviews, and historical data maintenance to improve database integrity, accessibility, and reporting capabilities.
- Analyze and report insights: Analyze contract, pricing, and revenue-related data using Excel and SQL; create reports, dashboards, and tools that identify trends, discrepancies, business opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Improve workflows and technology use: Use AI-powered tools to extract and structure contract data, recommend improvements to templates and database processes, and document SOPs and best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally: Work with Legal, Sales, Procurement, Pricing, and Operations to support accurate contract administration, respond to data requests, and assist with audits and compliance initiatives.
