Key Responsibilities
- Analyze multi-element arrangements and process daily revenue transactions in NetSuite.
- Review executed revenue contracts and agreements to ensure revenue is recognized in accordance with ASC 606.
- Enforce internal control procedures and documentation requirements related to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations related to unbilled receivables, accounts receivable, and deferred revenue accounts.
- Aid in establishing Standalone Selling Price for product and service offerings.
- Prepare quarterly reporting schedules required by Corporate Accounting for financial statement disclosures.
- Participate in system implementations or enhancements related to ERP and revenue automation tools.
- Participate in the annual audit with the external Audit firm.
- Prepare various ad hoc reports and other special projects for management as requested.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline revenue processes and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
- 2- 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within a software or technology company
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite and revenue automation tool NetSuite ARM
Additional Information
- The annual US salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 base salary plus annual bonus.
