Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon their arrival at the Tailgate gate with unsurpassed hospitality.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and guest-friendly space throughout the Club before, during, and after the game.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the athletics hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Ability to work all Georgia Southern home football games.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Possess a team player mentality.
- Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including outdoor spaces.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced conditions during live events.
- Frequent interaction with fans and large groups.
- Long periods of standing and constant movement around the event venue are expected on event days.
