We're looking for a Seasonal Returns Specialist to be a key player on our Customer Relations team during our busiest time of year. As a Seasonal Returns Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience — ensuring every return and exchange is processed accurately and efficiently. You'll partner closely with our Customer Relations team, playing a vital role in keeping our customers happy and our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Process returns, exchanges, and related transactions with speed and precision
• Issue refunds and manage exchanges through our DAX and Marketplace systems
• Spot and report product trends or issues you notice while processing returns — your insights help us improve!
• Reach out to customers directly to resolve questions about returns or undeliverable packages
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to additional projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

• Sharp organizational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
• A keen eye for detail
• Comfort working in Excel, Word, and DAX
• Self-motivation and the confidence to work independently
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or order entry
• Grace under pressure — including the ability to navigate challenging customer conversations
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

TEMPORARY Position (September through January 2027) 20-25 Hours Per Week (Between hours of 7am-6pm) Potential Opportunity for year round employment, will be determined in January 2027
