Returns Coordinator

On-site at Bob's Discount Furniture Distribution Center, 150 Old New Brunswick Road, Piscataway, NJ, 08854.

Schedule

1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday (5 days per week).

About the role

Supervise the returns process, scan returns, print return labels, and address concerns with third-party delivery personnel. Maintain a clean, organized facility and manage daily return reports to ensure product control. Support other warehouse areas as needed and assist with nightly load-out for all trucks.

Requirements

• Computer software skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment
• Capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Frequently lift 80–100 lbs
• Accurate counting ability
• Pass pre-employment physical, drug test, and criminal background screening

Physical Requirements

• Seeing and hearing: Read documents and computer screen (75–100% of the time)
• Standing and walking (75–100% of the time)
• Climbing, stooping, squatting, and kneeling (75–100% of the time)
• Dexterity: Utilizing phone, typing, and writing (0–24% of the time)
• Lifting in excess of 80+ pounds (0–24% of the time)

Pay

Starting pay range: $19.25 – $25.67 per hour. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
