We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions, cookie/navigation etc. We need to parse the job description. Content: - Intro: "We are in search of a Returns Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for working with local DC Leadership to manage the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of returned products. This position coordinates the return process from receipt through inspection, documentation, disposition, and resolution while working closely with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments. The Returns Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, supporting customer satisfaction, and promoting operational efficiency within the logistics and supply chain environment." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points (starting with "Responsibilities Include Process and document all incoming product returns..." etc). Many bullet points. - The Ideal Candidate Will Have: includes education, experience, proficiency, skills, abilities. This could be split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have sections: Requirements (maybe education/experience), Qualifications (maybe proficiency with systems), Skills (communication etc). But we can combine if content thin. However we need to output only sections with real specific content. We have Compensation & Benefits: description of benefits (medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, EAP, 401(k) Retirement and more). Also later "About Imperial Brady" includes benefits again (competitive salaries and benefits (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k) program with company match, life insurance, a generous paid time off package, educational reimbursement, paid family leave, and adoption assistance). So we have benefits details. Pay: Not explicitly stated. There's "competitive compensation" but no specific numbers. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits we have specifics (list). So we can include Benefits section. Pay: only says "competitive compensation" which is vague; not specific numbers. Should we include Pay? The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "competitive compensation" is a statement but not specific. Might be considered not specific enough. Safer to omit Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. About the role: we have intro paragraph. Responsibilities: we have list. Requirements: education/experience: "High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of experience in returns, warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, inventory, customer service, or a related field preferred. Experience within a transportation, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment preferred." Qualifications: maybe proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, WMS, ERP, inventory management systems preferred. Skills: communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to count, inspect, verify, document, process, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, ability to communicate and coordinate, ability to support returns, ability to operate warehouse equipment, physical abilities (lifting etc). Those are skills/abilities. We could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section "Qualifications & Skills" but headings must be from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include Qualifications and Skills separately if we have content. Let's extract: Requirements (education/experience): - High school diploma or equivalent required. - 1-2 years of experience in returns, warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, inventory, customer service, or a related field preferred. - Experience within a transportation, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment preferred. Qualifications (systems proficiency): - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems preferred. Skills (abilities): - Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. - Ability to accurately count, inspect, verify, document, and process returned products and related information. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments. - Ability to support and process returns associated with several trucks daily while meeting established productivity and accuracy expectations. - Ability to operate warehouse equipment and safely handle products and materials as required. - Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry for extended periods throughout the workday. - Ability to frequently lift and move products weighing 50 pounds or more, as required by the operation. Benefits: - Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. - Flexible spending accounts. - Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). - 401(k) Retirement. - (From Imperial Brady) competitive salaries and benefits (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k) program with company match, life insurance, a generous paid time off package, educational reimbursement, paid family leave, and adoption assistance. We should combine benefits without duplication. Provide a list. Now we need to output HTML fragment with

headings and
  • for lists,

for prose. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't lose any. Let's craft:

    About the role

We are in search of a Returns Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for working with local DC Leadership to manage the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of returned products. This position coordinates the return process from receipt through inspection, documentation, disposition, and resolution while working closely with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments. The Returns Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, supporting customer satisfaction, and promoting operational efficiency within the logistics and supply chain environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Process and document all incoming product returns, including receiving, inspection, categorization, counting, and accurate data entry into the inventory management system.
    • Coordinate the daily processing of returns associated with multiple trucks and incoming shipments.
    • Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, sales, operations, and other internal departments regarding return status, discrepancies, and resolutions.
    • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure the proper physical handling, storage, identification, and disposition of returned products.
    • Ensure all returned products are inspected by warehouse staff for condition, quantity, accuracy, and supporting documentation.
    • Investigate and resolve return discrepancies, including incorrect items, damaged or defective products, shortages, overages, and missing or incomplete documentation.
    • Prepare and process required documentation for customer credits, exchanges, replacements, re-stocking, or other appropriate dispositions.
    • Maintain accurate and timely records of all return transactions, inspections, dispositions, and related activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Ensure returned products are properly identified, labeled, staged, and accounted for throughout the return process.
    • Monitor open returns and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
    • Identify recurring return issues and trends and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
    • Assist in developing and implementing improved return processes, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
    • Support inventory accuracy by ensuring returned products are properly accounted for within applicable inventory management systems.
    • Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to maintain an organized and safe returns area.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in returns, warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, inventory, customer service, or a related field preferred.
    • Experience within a transportation, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain environment preferred.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management systems preferred.

    Skills

    • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to accurately count, inspect, verify, document, and process returned products and related information.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal departments.
    • Ability to support and process returns associated with several trucks daily while meeting established productivity and accuracy expectations.
    • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and safely handle products and materials as required.
    • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry for extended periods throughout the workday.
    • Ability to frequently lift and move products weighing 50 pounds or more, as required by the operation.

    Benefits

    • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
    • Flexible spending accounts.
    • Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
    • 401(k) Retirement plan (with company match per Imperial Brady).
    • Competitive salaries.
    • Generous paid time off.
    • Educational reimbursement.
    • Paid family leave.
    • Adoption assistance.
We should avoid repeating "401(k) Retirement" twice; we combined. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, legal, Massachusetts Applicants, etc. Also removed "About Imperial Brady" description beyond benefits; we kept benefits but removed the descriptive paragraph about Imperial Brady being a leading distributor etc. That is not substantive to the job? It's company overview; could be considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company overview might be considered not boilerplate but maybe not needed. However it's substantive about the company; but the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does company overview count as substantive? It's about the employer, not the job. Might be considered not required but could be kept. However we already have a Benefits section that includes some of that info. The overview includes "more than 13,000 employees", "national scale with local expertise", etc. That's not directly about the role. Might be considered extra but not prohibited. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; does not say to remove company overview. So we could keep it as a separate section maybe "About the company". But we only allowed headings from the list; we could add an

    About the company

but not in allowed list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add other headings. So we omit company overview. Thus final HTML fragment as above. Check that we didn't include any "Pay" or "Schedule". Good.
