What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Process returns (RMAs) and warranty claims.
- Investigate product, freight, and shipping issues.
- Cook up solutions with customers, vendors, and warehouse teams.
- Issue credits, replacements, and claim resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and track claim status.
- Help identify opportunities to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Customer service, claims, logistics, or automotive/heavy-duty parts experience preferred.
