Also maybe mention training? But training is separate. - Schedule: "Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:30 am - 9:00 pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime." Also training hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST, Monday - Friday. - Also mention "This position is full time." We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (primary responsibilities), Requirements (maybe combine Required and Preferred? Could separate but we want few substantive sections. Could have "Qualifications" covering both required and preferred. Or "Requirements" for required, "Preferred Qualifications" optional. But we should only include sections if there is real specific content. We have both required and preferred; we could combine into a single "Qualifications" section with subheadings? But spec says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have separate headings for Requirements and Qualifications? They list both as possible headings. Probably we should use "Requirements" for required qualifications and "Preferred Qualifications" maybe as part of Requirements? But they didn't list "Preferred Qualifications" as a heading example; they listed Qualifications. So we could put both required and preferred under a "Qualifications" section, maybe separate lists: Required and Preferred. Or we could have "Requirements" for required and "Qualifications" for preferred? Might be confusing. Better: Use "Requirements" for required qualifications, and "Qualifications" for preferred? But they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they expect those headings. We can include both Requirements and Qualifications sections if we have content for each. Required qualifications are definitely there. Preferred qualifications also there. So we can have Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). Or we could combine but then we would have only one of them; but we have content for both, so better to split. Also we need Benefits section: we have benefits info. Pay section: we have pay range. Schedule section: we have schedule info. We also might have a "Skills" section? Not explicitly listed; we could omit if no specific skills beyond those in qualifications. Could include skills like Microsoft Excel, Outlook, data entry, typing, etc. But we already have them in qualifications. Might be redundant. Probably omit Skills. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, drug-free workplace, etc. Also remove "Application Deadline", "Job posting may come down early", "At UnitedHealth Group, our mission..." etc. Also remove "Telecommuting Requirements" maybe we can incorporate into Requirements or Benefits? It's about remote work requirements; could be part of Requirements (maybe under "Telecommuting Requirements" but not a heading). We could include as a paragraph under Requirements or maybe under "About the role". But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include telecommuting requirements somewhere. Could be a separate section? Not in the list of headings. Could be part of "Requirements" as a bullet list. We must not include duplicated lines. There's duplicate line: "Analyze and identify trends and provide reports as necessary." appears twice. We should keep only one. Also duplicate "Conduct data entry and re-work; analyzes and identifies trends and provides reports as necessary." and the duplicate similar. We'll keep one. Now craft HTML. Structure:
