Schedule / Expected Work Hours
- Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of membership-based service or retail management experience
- Experience in conflict resolution and training, coaching sales team to meet and exceed membership and sales targets
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase memberships and sales for our massage services
- Lead membership drives, promotions, and marketing campaigns to attract new clients
