Retirement Plan Services Representative (AZ)

About the role

As a Retirement Plan Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external employers and their 401(k) plan participants. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication.
• Assisting with complex needs such as understanding forms, financial concepts, and plan features.
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills.
• Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience.
• A learner’s mentality and an appetite for financial acumen.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Ability to complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines.

• Hybrid work model with expectations to work on-site in a Vanguard office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $52,000.
