About the role

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Retirement Plan Services Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external employers' 401(k) plan participants, addressing their diverse and complex needs related to their retirement plans.

Responsibilities

  • Support external employers' 401(k) plan participants with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication.
  • Provide high-quality service across Institutional Participant Services, ensuring accurate and timely responses to participant inquiries.
  • Assist with financial and administrative tasks, such as form completion, plan enrollment, and benefit inquiries.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills.
  • Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience.
  • A learner's mentality and an appetite for financial acumen.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • Ability to complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines.

  • Competitive base salary of $54,000.
  • Opportunity to earn additional hourly pay and a licensing bonus of up to $12,500 based on successful completion of required licensing.

Pay

Base salary for this role is $54,000.

Schedule

This role is hybrid, requiring you to work on-site in a Vanguard office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
