About the role
As a Bilingual Retirement Plan Services Representative at Vanguard, you will serve as the voice and advocate for both our clients and our clients' employers. Your responsibilities will involve providing high-quality service to 401(k) plan participants, addressing their dynamic and complex needs through inbound phone calls and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Support external employers and their 401(k) plan participants with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, and financial and clerical transactions.
- Build financial acumen and communications skills to advance your career.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills to engage with clients and our “crew”.
- Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience.
- A learner’s mentality and an appetite for financial acumen.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- The ability to complete the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines.

- Total potential compensation range: $71,100 - $73,100 ($52,000 - $54,000 base salary based on Spanish bilingual proficiency, plus up to a one-time $12,500 bonus and eligible partnership and promotional bonuses).

Pay
- Base salary range: $52,000 - $54,000 based on Spanish bilingual proficiency.
- Up to a one-time $12,500 bonus.

Schedule
- This role is hybrid, requiring you to work on-site in a Vanguard office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Start dates vary by location: September 28, 2026, in PA; October 26, 2026, in AZ.
