Bilingual (Spanish) Retirement Plan Services Representative (PA & AZ)
About the role
As a Bilingual Retirement Plan Services Representative at Vanguard, you will serve as the voice and advocate for both our clients and the financial futures they build. Your responsibilities include providing high-quality service to external employers' 401(k) plan participants, addressing a range of complex needs such as form assistance, financial and clerical transactions, and regulatory or tax-related issues.

- Handle regulatory or tax-related inquiries
- Facilitate financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication
Requirements
This role requires a passion for serving others and a thirst for knowledge. No prior financial expertise is necessary; Vanguard will provide fully paid training, coaching, and continuous support as you learn the role, company, and industry.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills
- Customer-facing and/or in-bound phone experience
- A learner's mentality and an appetite for financial acumen
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- Ability to complete the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) exam and obtain the Series 6 & 63 FINRA licenses within department guidelines

Skills

Pay
The total potential compensation for this role is between $71,100 - $73,100 ($52,000 - $54,000 base salary based on Spanish bilingual proficiency, plus up to a one-time $12,500 bonus and eligible partnership and promotional bonuses) within your first year upon achieving performance standards.
Schedule
This role is hybrid, with the expectation to work on-site in a Vanguard office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The start dates for this role in Pennsylvania and Arizona are September 28, 2026, and October 26, 2026, respectively.
