Retirement Counselor

About the role

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. This role involves both selling and counseling individuals in making a big decision about living in our Touchmark communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and be passionate about Touchmark, its residents, and the Touchmark Values.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents
• Set up and conduct Touchmark home tours
• Get prospective residents involved in our community
• Visit prospective residents at their homes
• Help them try our product and see if it will enrich their life
• Work with our marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations
• Educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark’s living options

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of successful sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency and experience with a lead tracking system
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Relationship-based sales experience a plus

Pay

Compensation for this position consists of salary, sales commissions, and quarterly occupancy bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule

This role requires a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs and schedules of potential new residents. This will involve working some evenings and weekends.
