Pay & Schedule
- Weekly pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
- Office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm or 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities
- Patient Retention: Manage a full schedule of calls with existing clients to ensure they continue receiving our services.
- Medicaid & Medicals: Follow up on Medicaid eligibility issues and obtain updated medical documentation from patients.
- Process Management: Stay organized and ensure all processes are followed to retain patient services.
- Collaboration: Transfer qualified and converted callers to the appropriate departments and manage patient information in Salesforce.
- Patient Relations: Work with diverse patients across New York State, providing top-notch customer service.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish or Creole (preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills, including listening, advising, and consulting.
- Organized & Driven: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience: Prior experience in home health care and knowledge of HHA Exchange (a plus).
