About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Savers / Value Village by managing inventory and assisting with various warehouse and production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the sorting and organizing of donated items
• Handle inventory management tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise
• Support production processes such as restocking shelves and preparing items for sale
• Engage with customers and donors to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial
