Retail Warehouse & Production Associate

About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. This position involves handling inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming donations and process them according to our quality standards.
• Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in the warehouse and retail stores.
• Assist customers in finding items they need and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.40 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
