At Savers / Value Village, our Retail Warehouse & Production Associates create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors and other Team Members. We are hiring for both Full Time and Part Time Retail Warehouse & Production Associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Process donations and maintain donation records
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Support production processes as needed
• Participate in team-building activities and cross-departmental initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
