About the role
The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. This position involves handling inventory, assisting customers, and contributing to the sustainability efforts of our stores.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming donations and sort through inventory
- Assist customers in finding items they need
- Participate in restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Support warehouse operations including packing and shipping
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
