About the role
The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. This position involves handling inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and production areas.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming donations and sort through inventory
- Assist customers in finding items they need
- Operate machinery and equipment to maintain warehouse and production areas
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred

Pay
