About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is responsible for creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers and donors
• Handle inventory sorting and processing
• Assist with donations and returns
• Support team members with tasks and questions
• Participate in ongoing training and development

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Pay
