About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate position at Savers / Value Village is designed to create an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory and merchandise sorting
• Assist in the donation process for customers
• Support the production of items for resale
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
• Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
