About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This position supports the mission of Savers / Value Village by ensuring smooth operations in retail warehouses and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sorting, organizing, and preparing donations for resale
• Handle inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels
• Support in-store operations by assisting customers and team members
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or retail setting is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
