Responsibilities

• Manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage of merchandise.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, including assisting with returns and exchanges.
• Participate in production activities, such as sorting, packing, and labeling items for resale.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support the donation process by accepting and processing donations from the public.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
