Responsibilities
- Sort, tag, and organize donated items
- Handle inventory and ensure accurate counts
- Assist with customer service inquiries and transactions
- Participate in team-building activities and company events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or warehouse operations is preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
