Retail Warehouse & Production Associate

About the role

The Retail Warehouse & Production Associate plays a crucial role in our mission to champion reuse and inspire a future where secondhand is second nature. This position involves working in our warehouses and production facilities to support the efficient operation of our stores.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming donations and sort through inventory to ensure quality and condition meet standards.
• Prepare products for sale by packaging and labeling them according to specifications.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Support production processes to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to stores.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.08 per hour, depending on job duties and position.
