Retail to Business Account Executive

About the role

This job is focused on promoting business products to SMB clients through in-store and on-site engagements. It achieves sales targets by selling business products in retail stores, coaching retail employees to do the same, and prospecting new leads in the field.

Responsibilities

• Achieving a shared (Retail Store/R2BAE) business mobile line and SMB installed lead results
• Managing a territory with high activity using a comprehensive business plan
• Influencing, coaching, and training retail employees to achieve shared goals
• Generating new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships
• Customarily and regularly engaged away from Comcast’s place of business
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Comcast may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
• 0-2 years relevant work experience

Pay

Base Pay: $45,000.00. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
