Retail Support Associate, Madison Flagship

Job Responsibilities

• Reports to Store Manager ensuring work duties are accurately performed
• Maintains the flow of all shipments and follows up with discrepancies promptly
• Aids in year-end inventory counts, including preparation
• Determines and implements appropriate shipping methods and prepares relevant paperwork as needed
• Ensures all stock areas are neat, clean, and orderly according to company standards
• Completes basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
• Performs box counts and validates against bills of lading, reporting discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately
• Aids the selling floor with product placement and stock recovery
• Completes transfer forms
• Ensures cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies as per store readiness
• Accurately tracks and places all paid goods
• Performs deliveries as requested
• Aids client advisors on the sales floor as needed
• Utilizes the R-client tool to connect with clients regarding their repairs or to propose new products when appropriate
• Handles any new projects as required by the management team or business need

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented, task-focused
• Professional, strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Excellent problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and team player
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift large boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
