Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, offering knowledgeable recommendations
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments
- Maintain organized merchandise displays by stocking shelves and ensuring products are well-presented
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive communication through in-person interactions
- Must be reliable to work assigned shifts
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for retail transactions
- Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, stocking, and retail sales techniques
- Demonstrated upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
Schedule
- Wednesday to Friday: 12pm to 8:30pm
- Saturday: 11am to 7pm
- Sunday: 12pm to 6pm
Pay
Hourly pay plus incentives.
