About the role
Join our passionate team at a world-class mountain shop and enjoy the best benefits package in the industry. We’ll train you in all aspects of selling the latest outdoor gear—no experience required! As a Retail Associate, you will provide our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.
This is a flexible role that may include working across multiple departments such as Resort Activities, Retail, Rental Operations, Food and Beverage Support, Ticket Sales, Lift Operations, or Base Area Operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge
- Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear (training provided)
- Work with teammates to maintain safety standards
- Perform duties such as cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Minimum age: 18 years
Pay
Starting wage: $20.00/hour. The expected pay range for this position is $20.00/hour, with individual compensation based on a variety of factors.

- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift Type: Full-time and part-time hours available
