About the role
Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at Willow Knolls Court. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance.
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
- Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
- Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
- Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
- Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
- Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
- Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
- Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
- Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
- Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
- Ensure the store is safe, clean, and engaging by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
- Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
- Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
- Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
- Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

Pay
$20.00 per hour
Schedule
Constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
