About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of stores by ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries.
• Manages the backroom product flow function by organizing inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

$19.38 to $31.78 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Hours vary depending on the store location and shift, typically including weekends and evenings.
