About the role

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at Wayne Town Plaza. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage the store on a shift-by-shift basis, addressing customer experience, vendor relationships, and maintenance issues.
• Partner with the sales leadership team to implement action plans and ensure operational excellence.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminating company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for each shift, providing individual and team performance feedback.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences by demonstrating and sharing product knowledge, making personalized recommendations, and fostering genuine connections.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to enhance their selling and customer service skills.
• Ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, and engaging environment by adhering to safety standards and policies.
• Adhere to Bath & Body Works’ core values and policies.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and quick to adapt.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Qualifications
