Retail Supervisor

The Retail Supervisor position supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations, ensuring smooth customer service and merchandise flow
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with store policies
• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with store management to improve operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours vary based on store location and shift, typically 7am-5pm, Monday through Saturday.
