Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at EDGEWATER MALL. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store operations.
• Lead team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Train and coach associates to enhance selling and customer service skills.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Proven ability to deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and quick problem-solving skills.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
