About the role

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead and develop top talent, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store performance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
  • Act as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
  • Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
  • Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
  • Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
  • Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
  • Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
  • Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
  • Maintain the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
  • Lead with curiosity and humility, build high-performing teams, influence and inspire with vision and purpose, observe, engage, and connect, strive to achieve operational excellence, and deliver business results.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
  • Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and quick to adapt.
  • Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
  • Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

Pay

$17.50 per hour

Schedule

Variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
