About the role

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and training
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
• Manage customer service and resolve complaints
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall store performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
• Proven ability to manage a team and lead by example
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
