About the role
Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at Cypresswood Court. As a Supervisor, you will work in partnership with the Store Manager to develop top talent, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and positively impact growth.
Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
- Act as manager on duty, addressing customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues as delegated by the store manager.
- Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure operational activities are executed effectively.
- Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, receipt of shipments, and interpretation/dissemination of company directives.
- Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
- Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
- Create exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
- Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
- Lead with curiosity and humility, build high-performing teams, influence and inspire with vision and purpose, observe, engage, and connect with customers, strive for operational excellence, and deliver business results.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
- Maintain Bath & Body Works’ values, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
- Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
- Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and quick to adapt.
- Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
- Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

Schedule
Variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
