About the role

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team at Bowie Town Center. The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage operations, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Manage customer experience, vendor relationships, and store maintenance.
• Support action plans to improve results and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set direction and goals for associates.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates.
• Ensure safety and adhere to company policies.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, and operational results.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
