Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Supports the service side of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manages inventory levels and ensures proper stock rotation.
• Trains and supervises team members to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Participates in store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
