The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
About the role
This multi-faceted role is part of Savers, an international thrift retailer. The position is available in multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Supports store operations, ensuring smooth customer service and merchandise flow.
- Trains and mentors team members to ensure high standards of service and product handling.
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, including safety and environmental standards.
- Manages inventory levels and assists in restocking shelves.
- Collaborates with other departments to optimize store performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
