About the role

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and support team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
